How much can I borrow?
Depending on your income and the state in which you live, existing customers of this program website may receive up to $1,500, while new customers may receive up to $750. The amount of your CashNetUSA loan is based on the information you provide in your application, as well as the laws and regulations of your state of residence. If you successfully repay your loan, we may be able to increase your future loan amounts. For information on state laws and regulations that set the maximum loan amount available in your state, go to our Rates and Terms page.
What time will the loan funds be available in my bank account?
If you apply by 9pm CST, Monday through Thursday, you will typically receive your funds on the following business day. If you apply anytime on Friday through 7 pm CST Sunday, you will typically receive your funds on Monday (unless Monday is a bank holiday). Applying after 7 pm CST on Sunday means that approved funds will be deposited the second business day. The exact time when the loan funds will be made available for your use depends on when your bank will post ACH (Automated Clearing House) credits to your bank account. If you expect to use the loan funds on a certain day but do not see the loan amount in your bank account, you can contact your bank. What are my payment options?

You should plan to pay both the loan principal and the loan fee in full on the due date. If you are unable to do so, and if state law permits, you may request an extension of your loan. For information on how to request an extension, please see the answer to the question “What if I need to extend my loan?” on the Frequently Asked Questions Page.

We will send you an e-mail one to two days prior to your loan due date to remind you of the due date.

Do I need to fax or e-mail any documents?
There are very rare instances when we require you to fax or e-mail documents to provide proof of income. Proof of income may be a benefits award letter or bank statement displaying regular deposits. If you are self-employed, you will need to fax a copy of your most current bank statement to 888.766.9890 in order to speed up the verification process. If you receive alimony, disability, or social security benefits, you may need to fax us your proof of income as well. Some states require proof of income before a loan may be funded. Check our Rates and Terms page for more information about the requirements of your state.
If I am approved for a loan on Saturday or Sunday, when will receive the funds?
If your loan is approved before 7:00pm CST on Sunday, we will deposit the loan funds into your bank account on the next business day, which is usually the following Monday, unless it is a bank holiday. If the loan is approved after 7:00pm CST on Sunday, we will deposit the loan funds into your bank account on the second business day after your loan is approved, which is usually the following Tuesday. However, you will not be able to use the loan funds until your bank posts the deposit to your bank account, which may take some more time.

CashNetUSA and third party lender funds are generally deposited via ACH for delivery next business day if approved by 9pm CST Mon. – Thu. or by 7pm CST Sun. Due to state and verification requirements, not all customers may be eligible for instant approval by CashNetUSA or third party lenders.
